Live tracking, simulation and control of all processes in clean rooms

Our campaign shows how live sensor technology from the clean room flows into a continuously synchronised digital twin. This digital twin serves both as a live image of the real environment and as a simulation platform. Based on real-time data, we demonstrate live scenarios in which events such as access, environmental conditions or object and person movements are immediately detected, evaluated in the digital twin and processed automatically.

At the same time, we use the same digital twin to simulate robotics use cases and show how control AI can be trained safely and efficiently – regardless of whether real sensors are triggered or virtual scenarios are played out.
