Leasing has been the dominant model for cleanroom clothing for many years – and for good reason. It offers planning security, low initial costs and a reliable supply for everyday use.
At the same time, the general conditions in many companies have changed. Staff numbers fluctuate more, cleanrooms are being converted or expanded, processes are becoming more complex and the desire for transparency and control is growing. This shifts the focus away from the clothing itself and onto the underlying calculation and organisational model.
The presentation shows where classic leasing models continue to make sense – and where they reach their limits. Starting with a "blank sheet of paper", it considers how cleanroom clothing would need to be organised today if flexibility, clarity and economic controllability were the primary considerations.
