This presentation highlights the implementation of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) from the perspective of a service provider working with clients in the Life Sciences sector. It demonstrates why digital transformation is essential, particularly in light of the weaknesses of paper-based systems and increasing complexity. Using a strategic initiative as an example, the step-by-step introduction of an eQMS for a client will be explained, with Switzerland serving as the pilot for the DACH region.
