Carrying out projects can be a complex undertaking, not only in private house construction, but especially in cleanroom technology, where, in contrast to traditional construction projects, there are many more interfaces to consider. The demands on project management in terms of technical complexity, interface coordination, and adherence to deadlines and budgets are immense. In addition, when putting together interdisciplinary project teams on the client side, the people involved often have completely different tasks in their normal professional environment, and ideally these are carried out in parallel.
This presentation provides a brief overview of the challenges facing project management in cleanroom construction and illustrates their complexity with a few examples. You will be given examples of the key success factors that you, as the project manager, can use sensibly and in moderation to ensure that your project is also a success!
