The presentation provides practical approaches to the efficient design of H₂O₂ decontamination cycles in isolators. Topics include the impact of load, the use of CFD simulations to assess H₂O₂ distribution, the identification of worst-case locations, and targeted cycle optimization using Enzyme Indicators. Participants will learn which factors influence cycle time and process robustness and how decontamination cycles can be systematically optimized. The presentation is aimed at professionals and managers from production, engineering, qualification, validation, and quality assurance. Basic knowledge of H₂O₂ decontamination and aseptic processing is helpful but not required.
