Clean Utility generation, in particular, hot generation of WFI and Clean Steam historically come along with the constraint of utilising plant steam. The discussion of how hot media can be produced more environmental friendly is present everywhere. The presentation will give a brief introduction and overview of the topic by explaining briefly details / key characteristics of each technology. Furthermore the pitch will look into the requirements to electrify a bespoke hot clean utility system. While there are many obvious benefits coming with electrification there are also significant imperatives to consider when evaluating the technology transfer from plant steam to a electric powered clean media system.
