Artificial intelligence is also increasingly transforming quality management in regulated sectors. This presentation will demonstrate, in concrete terms, the potential applications of AI within a modern eQMS – from intelligent document control and automated change histories to efficient support features for training management. Following a brief introduction to our company and our current and upcoming product range, we will explain how the transition to an AI-supported solution can be structured and managed securely. We will also examine the relevant regulatory requirements: what obligations does the manufacturer have, and what responsibilities lie with the organisation implementing the solution? Finally, we will provide an outlook on future developments and highlight the steps organisations should take today to integrate AI into their quality management in a future-proof, compliant and profitable manner.
