Digitalization is fundamentally transforming the pharmaceutical industry – from development to plant design. Our company aims to actively shape this transformation and create measurable value throughout the entire product lifecycle.
A key element is the digitalization of technical specification sheets. Instead of paper-based documents, we now use structured digital data models that are consistently available across departments. This reduces transmission errors, speeds up quotation processes, and enables direct integration with systems such as CRM, ERP or PLM.
Building on this foundation, we have digitalized the individual request and configuration process for components and M-blocks. Through intuitive online tools, customers can enter, configure, and contact the responsible Product Manager. The result: shorter response times, transparent communication, and significant relief for engineering teams.
Another important step is the simulation and digital design of components. Using virtual models, we can predict and optimize component behavior under real process conditions. This shortens development cycles and supports quality assurance already in the design phase.
Looking ahead, we show how these digital building blocks can be integrated into the design of complete systems in the future and automated using AI.
