In addition to being highly complex, implementation projects in the pharmaceutical industry are characterized by a large number of participants. This applies equally to new construction projects and existing projects. Clients as well as EPCM partners are faced with the challenge of integrating a wide range of specialist experts, sometimes with very different ways of thinking and approaches, into one team for the duration of the project.

Only if a project team is created from individual actors that steers in the same direction can common goals be achieved. In order to create a framework with the best possible conditions for project success, the course must be set accordingly right from the start.
