Presentation will highlight Industry best practice when performing Dynamic Airflow visualisations and to achieve a robust and compliant representation of your aseptic process. The importance of Airflow visualisations to demonstrate aseptic compliance will be explained. The increasing importance of Airflow visualisations within Annex 1 will be discussed and the subsequent link between aseptic training and airflow visualisations made clear. Industry best practice and technical set up for filming to enable world class Airflow visualisations will be shared, with clear guidance on good and bad practices. Good aseptic practice and the ways to achieve a compliant dynamic airflow visualisation record first time will be highlighted. Rationalising the numbers of interventions to be recorded and subsequently reducing the facility shutdown times is an important facet and the process to achieve this will be discussed.
