Airborne molecular contamination, also known as AMC (airborne molecular contamination), has posed a threat to cleanroom production for many years. These contaminations can lead to immediate product damage in cleanrooms. The problem is explained in more detail using examples from the pharmaceutical industry, the chip industry and glass production. Furthermore, there is a presentation about sampling. The participants in the lecture will also be informed about the different groups of substances that can endanger cleanroom processes.
