Your tasks
- Partnership-based support and advice for our existing customers from various sectors, such as building owners, operators, project developers and planning and engineering offices
- Supporting engineering offices, technical property operators and administrative authorities in the planning and implementation of existing conversions (retro-fit) and in the installation of new building and room automation solutions
- Preparation of offers using modern software and with the support of internal specialist departments
- Cooperation with the internal sales department in the development of final offer structures
- Pursuing offers, negotiating conditions and concluding contracts
- Acquisition of new customers and development of sales strategies for the introduction of new products from our own production
Your profile
- Technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or degree in engineering (m/f/d) with a focus on I&C technology, building automation, electrical and supply engineering
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of work
- Organizational talent paired with negotiating skills
- Ability to work in a team, self-confident appearance and conceptual skills with an entrepreneurial approach
- Solid market knowledge in the MSR industry desirable
- Sound knowledge in the use of MS Office
