Your responsibilities at our company
- Checking the feasibility of planning principles
- Construction of air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Preparation of design, construction, and installation drawings, including necessary detail drawings, taking into account the structural conditions
- Coordination with other building services trades together with the project manager
- Creating parts lists for orders
- Correspondence with subcontractors in coordination with the project manager
- Reviewing subcontractor invoices together with the project manager
- Preparation of operating and maintenance documents together with the project manager
- Necessary business trips to construction sites and other required locations
Requirements
- Completed training as a technical draftsman or technical systems planner, preferably in the field of building services engineering; several years of professional experience is also welcome
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, CATS, Revit, or similar
- BIM skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Independent, structured way of working
- Commitment, initiative and organizational talent
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Reliability, flexibility and an open, authentic and customer-oriented demeanor
