Your responsibilities at our company

• Commissioning of building services systems in the field of ventilation and air conditioning—in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (ventilation system measurements in accordance with DIN EN 12599), with appropriate documentation
• Cleaning and filter change of the air handling units before commissioning
• Carrying out air volume, pressure and sound measurements as well as power consumption measurements
• Commissioning of cleanroom ventilation systems, including all necessary measurements and tests (such as particle measurements, etc.), with the corresponding documentation in accordance with the "
  " standard
• Participation in the IQ/OQ of GMP systems
• Parameterizing volume flow controllers and frequency converters, as well as setting pressure controls and volume flow controls in ventilation systems
• Completeness and functional checks of the installed systems, as well as coordination with the I&C technology with regard to commissioning capability
• Technical instruction of the end customer on the systems on site
• Support / Assistance with TÜV inspections / site inspections
• Participation in MSR awards to subcontractors
• Training and Onboarding of Junior IBN Technicians
• Participation in the evaluation of calculations in the field of MSR and IBN
• Contributing expertise during the launch of new projects related to measurement and control technology and the use of ventilation components such as V-regulators, pressure regulators, and measurement points, etc.
• Possible support / assistance of project and site managers in the event of warranty defects.
• Carrying out initial hygiene inspections
• Evaluation of HVAC systems with regard to hygiene DIN 6022 and general condition.
• Recording of air balances in buildings, such as laboratories etc., with corresponding documentation and creation of an up-to-date ventilation scheme.
• Management of all necessary measuring devices / organization of annual recalibration  

Requirements

• Completed training as an electrician / electronics technician or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in the commissioning of HVAC systems and I&C in the field of cleanroom technology
• User knowledge in MS-Office
• Independent, structured way of working
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Reliability, flexibility and an open, authentic and customer-oriented demeanor
• Commitment, initiative and organizational talent
