Als Senior Projektmanager sind Sie für die Leitung und Abwicklung von CAPEX Großprojekten (EPCM) im zwei- bis dreistelligen Millionen-Investmentbereich in Europa verantwortlich. Dabei entwickeln Sie Konzept-, Basic- und Detailplanung unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen GMP- und Kundenanforderungen und verantworten die erfolgreiche Durchführung Ihrer Projekte.

Sie vertreten CRB gegenüber Kunden und sind sowohl für Ihre Projekte als auch für künftige Geschäftschancen verantwortlich und etablieren langfristige Partnerschaften.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Overall responsibility for the successful realization of major projects in the DACH region and the rest of Europe
• Adherence to quality, budget and schedule
• Customer management both in the project and overarching key account responsibility with the aim of long-term partnerships
• Project development with cost estimation, risk analysis and scheduling
• Setting up and implementing the necessary processes within the project
• Management and coordination of the project team and all stakeholders involved
• Preparation of the project implementation plan including reporting to the local management team
• Internal and external communication at all levels
• Conducting contract award negotiations with customers, planning partners, suppliers and contractors
• Project-internal responsibility for occupational health and safety (EHS) and overarching cooperation with regional EHS management
• Resource planning and leadership within a team leader function

Qualifikationen

Ihre Visitenkarte:

• Completed technical studies in process engineering, biotechnology, plant and mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
• 10 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 5 years as project manager for EPCM and / or EPC projects in the field of pharmaceutical or biotech design / engineering / construction
• Sound experience in the implementation of CAPEX projects (conversion, brownfield / greenfield projects)
• Excellent understanding of economic interrelationships
• Excellent skills in team leadership, organization paired with pragmatism and determination  
• Excellent communication skills in German (B2) and English
• Personal network in the life science industry desired
• High willingness to travel, mainly in the DACH region/Europe
