Viessmann Technologies (Vitec) is a first-class high-end supplier for the planning, engineering and construction of cleanrooms and indoor farms. We are growing, and that is why we are looking for a high performing Sales Manager (m/f/d) who can not only help Vitec expand its customer base and sales, but also be part of a truly unique and innovative company that is growing in the cleanroom and indoor farming sector.

What you accomplish

• Management of the entire sales process from customer acquisition and contract negotiation to project realization and subsequent customer support
• Analyzing customer needs, with a constant focus on customer wishes and requirements and ensuring holistic solutions
• You act as a trusted expert for our internal and external partners
• Work closely with our project management and sales team to fulfill customer requirements
• Regular reporting on important business aspects, taking into account routine and ad hoc reporting requirements
• Follow and ensure implementation of and compliance with health and safety procedures, company policies, compliance guidelines and local laws and regulations in own area

You are characterized by an independent and ambitious way of working and have a strong customer and service orientation. New technologies and sales opportunities empower you in your work, coupled with a high sense of responsibility. You also have the following:

• Completed studies in a technical or business administration field
• Proven experience in successful customer service
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, other foreign languages are an advantage
