Your responsibilities at our company
- Checking the feasibility of planning principles
- Preparation and participation in contract award meetings in cooperation with the purchasing department, taking into account the execution deadlines
- Preparing purchase requisitions / Creating bills of materials for purchase orders
- Preparation of sampling and certifications
- Conducting contractually relevant correspondence with customers
- Management of the project team and subcontractors, including the ELT and MSR technology trades
- Technical designs in the field of cleanroom technology
- Consideration of the relevant technical regulations
- Checking assembly drawings before handing them over to the customer
- Checking framework schedules
- Participation in construction meetings and coordination discussions on construction sites and with customers
- Coordination with other building services trades
- Checking subcontractor invoices
- Timely preparation of measurement documents, payment requests and final invoice
- Preparation of supplements in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Carrying out and preparing commissioning and acceptance procedures
- Preparation of operating and maintenance documents
- Preparation of defect rectification
Requirements
- Completed studies, technician or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the specialist construction management of ventilation and air conditioning systems and MSR in the field of clean room technology
- User knowledge in MS-Office
- Independent, structured way of working
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Reliability, flexibility and an open, authentic and customer-oriented demeanor
- Commitment, initiative and organizational talent
