Project Manager (m/f/d) for Interdisciplinary Projects

Deine Aufgaben:

• You will manage cross-disciplinary projects in the chemical, life sciences, and food industries from start to finish, from the conceptual phase through to successful commissioning
• In this role, you will coordinate internal and external departments such as process engineering, plant design, and building automation
• As the primary point of contact, you will define the project goals, scope, and requirements; manage deadlines, costs, quality, and risks; and maintain close communication with our customers, partners, and suppliers
• You will be responsible for project communication, reporting (both internal and external), and documentation
• You ensure that the project results meet the defined standards and conduct tests, reviews, and acceptance checks as part of quality assurance
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual agreements are implemented within the projects

Das bringst Du mit:

• A degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering) or a comparable qualification, such as a technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience
• Several years (>5 years) of experience in managing industrial projects, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries
• Experience in contract and claims management
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Understanding of engineering processes, plant engineering, and process automation
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, a customer- and service-oriented mindset, and the ability to interact confidently with customers
