Deine Aufgaben

• Independent project management and planning in the field of HVAC and 
  utilities supply
• Compliance with specific project requirements (legal regulations, norms, standards, etc.)
• Coordinating internal teams and external partners, as well as serving as the point of contact for our 
  customers
• Preliminary planning, design, permitting, and project planning
• Negotiations with authorities as part of planning activities
• Local building supervision
• Schedule and Cost Control for Self-Managed Projects 

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (building services engineering, mechanical engineering, 
  Energy Engineering, or comparable)
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Project experience in the HVAC sector
• Several years of professional experience with general contractors is preferred
• A self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work 
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Class B driver's license
