What you bring with you

• Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician or technical business economist
• Commercial affinity an advantage
• Ideally initial experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication skills, pleasure in dealing with customers and organizational skills

Your tasks

• Independent processing of standardized customer inquiries
• Creation and tracking of offers
• Administrative support for sales colleagues in the field
• Clarification of technical questions
• Customer master data maintenance in the CRM system and processing of complaints
• Processing incoming orders
