Employee Quality Assurance Cleanroom (m/f/d)
Steffen Wolf
Alsco Workwear Service GmbH

We - Alsco.

We, Alsco, are a global company specializing in the provision of textile services. Our success story began in 1889 with the first towel service in Lincoln, Nebraska. We have since become known for being the premier provider of textile rental services worldwide. We offer a wide range of services, including workwear rental for a variety of professions, table and hotel linen for restaurants and hotels, cleanroom services for industry and research, and mat services.

What you can expect.

We rent out a wide variety of textiles and workwear to companies and collect them for cleaning in our company after use. And this is where you come into play:

  • You are in the thick of it instead of just being there: you further develop the existing quality management system and hygiene concept, prepare internal/external audits and carry them out
  • Number cruncher (m/f/d) and organizational talent: Evaluation of relevant key figures, clarification of quality deviations, definition of corrective measures and ensuring implementation/compliance. You organize training courses and conduct them yourself
  • Contact person (m/f/d) No. 1: You are the first point of contact for our internal customers in the areas of quality, process and hygiene management. You support the hygiene officers in the creation/updating of guidelines, concepts and hygiene plans

Simply put, a clean room is a closed room into which virtually dust-free and germ-free air is admitted via a filter system. It is therefore necessary to comply with high hygiene and quality standards.

What you bring with you.

  • It is important to us that you have at least completed an apprenticeship as well as further or advanced training in the field of quality assurance/management
  • In addition to theoretical knowledge, you should have gained practical experience in the areas of quality and process management and ideally in quality assurance
  • You can apply basic knowledge in the area of "certification" as well as knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and methods with us
  • Personally, you can convince us if you are a team player (m/f/d) who is reliable and open-minded
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel on business

What we offer you.

A regular weekly working time of currently 37.0 hours/week for a full-time position

  • 30 days' vacation (27 days in the first year of employment) with a 5-day working week
  • Attractive remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement: with special benefits such as vacation pay and annual bonus, allowance for capital-forming benefits and company pension scheme
  • You benefit from many discounts through our corporate benefits, e.g. for concerts and festivals and at other well-known providers
  • E-bike leasing: the opportunity to choose your bike through us and get pedaling properly
  • Regular team events, company parties and discounts on our own products are also included
