- You manage the 8-person sales department (office and field sales) and develop a clear vision and long-term strategies
- You are responsible for achieving sales targets and are in direct and close contact with management

What are you bringing with you?
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, sales or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales with management responsibility; your leadership qualities set you apart
- You have very good knowledge in the development, implementation and management of sales strategies and implement them with great enthusiasm
- You act proactively, think long-term and make targeted decisions regarding sales strategies
- You are results-oriented and have a clear view of market opportunities and customer needs
- You have excellent communication skills and can present yourself convincingly both internally and externally - you use your emphatic strength here
