Für unser kollegiales und aufgeschlossenes Team suchen wir eine*n engagierte*n und erfahrene*n Mitarbeiter*in als Fachkoordinator*in oder Fachleitung (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Prüfung auf Bakterien-Endotoxine.

• Instructing and supervising laboratory staff during tests
• Ensuring accurate and reproducible results
• Creation, updating, and approval of standard operating procedures
• Development and Implementation of Company Audit Policies
• Implementing corrective actions in the event of deviations
• Conducting and monitoring a GMP-compliant test and documentation
• Validation of analytical methods
• Workforce Planning and Deployment

Das bringen Sie mit

• A completed degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Dipl.-Ing. in a natural science field, e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a comparable field) or a Ph.D. in a relevant field
• Professional experience in a GMP environment as well as in the analytical and service sectors is desirable
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control in accordance with relevant regulations (pharmacopoeias)
• Experience in conducting analyses and preparing documentation in accordance with GMP standards, as well as in preparing test reports
• A meticulous, independent, and precise work style, as well as a strong commitment to quality
• Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas
• Stress tolerance, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work well with others
