Booking and Early Bird Offer
Early Bird Offer:
• We are pleased to offer a discount of €1,000 on the regular stand price.
• Offer condition: Booking and proof of payment of the stand price must be completed by April 24, 2026.
• The exhibition space for 2027 is reserved for exhibitors of LOUNGES 2026 until this date.
What happens if no payment is received by April 24, 2026:
• The invoice with the early bird discount will be canceled on April 25, 2026.
• A cancellation invoice will be issued on April 25, 2026.
• An invoice without the early bird discount will be issued on April 25, 2026.
• Payment condition: Payment is due by May 5, 2026.
• The exhibition space will remain reserved for booked stands until this date.
What happens if no payment is received by May 5, 2026? The following will happen:
• We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the exhibition space to another party if payment is not received within the stated and agreed-upon timeframe.
What happens to exhibition stands that are not booked by LOUNGES 2026 exhibitors by April 24, 2026:
• The stand reserved by then will be released for general sale.
