Im Rahmen der ganzheitlichen Entwicklung von Prozessen und Fabriken ist die Fabrik- und Reinraumplanung das Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Bereichen und vertritt die Interessen der Prozesse und Logistik nach dem Prinzip "form follows function".
Gerade im Vorfeld von Projekten sind die Ziele und Randbedingungen oft noch nicht bekannt und müssen zunächst erarbeitet werden. Die richtige Herangehensweise in der Fabrik- und Reinraumplanung liefert über die Projektidee sowie die Strategie- und Konzeptphasen die „Grundsteine“ für alle weiteren Planungsschritte und Projektbeteiligten.
Insbesondere bei Reinraum- Projekten ist dabei eine interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise erforderlich, wobei die Vorplanungsphase und die Projektstrukturierung wesentlich für den Projekterfolg sind.
In dem Vortrag werden die verschiedenen Planungsphasen eines solchen Projekts von der Grundidee bis zum Start des Produktionsbetriebs dargestellt und mit Beispielen aus der Praxis veranschaulicht. (Planungsphasen: Fabrikplanung, Konzeptplanung Reinraum, Aufbau Projektstruktur und Umsetzung)
As part of the holistic development of processes and factories, factory and clean room planning is the link between the different areas and represents the interests of processes and logistics according to the principle "form follows function".
Especially in advance of projects, the goals and boundary conditions are often not yet known and must first be worked out. The right approach to factory and clean room planning provides the “foundation stones” for all further planning steps and project participants via the project idea as well as the strategy and concept phases.
In cleanroom projects in particular, an interdisciplinary approach is required, with the preliminary planning phase and project structuring being essential for the success of the project.
In the lecture, the various planning phases of such a project from the basic idea to the start of production operations are presented and illustrated with practical examples. (Planning phases: factory planning, clean room concept planning, project structure development and implementation)
