Die HOF Freeze-Thaw Units werden in der pharmazeutischen und biotechnolischen Industrie zum kontrollierten Einfrieren und Auftauen von Single Use Beutelsystemen verwendet. Bislang wurde hierzu ein synthetisches Kältemittel verwendet. Die neuartige Air-Line der HOF FTUs basiert nun auf der Verwendung von ausschließlich Luft als Kältemittel und erhöht somit nicht nur die Leistungsfähigkeit des Systems, sondern auch die Nachhaltigkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit der Maschinen.
The HOF Freeze-Thaw Units are used in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for the controlled freezing and thawing of single-use bag systems. Previously, a synthetic refrigerant was used for this purpose. The new Air-Line of the HOF FTUs is now based on the use of only air as a refrigerant and thus not only increases the performance of the system, but also the sustainability and future viability of the machines.
