The ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT cleanroom door complements our special product portfolio of high-speed doors for clean and cleanroom production, with which we have already established ourselves on the market for years as a premium solution for these applications.

The ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT is certified for use in cleanrooms up to class ISO 6 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) and class C (GMP guidelines, Annex 1).

Compact design

With its compact design and integrated motor, the ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT is the ideal solution for cleanrooms with tight installation situations.

The narrow side posts (65 mm) made of stainless steel can also be supplied in a painted steel version as an option.

Innovative cladding made of glass-reinforced, aluminum-colored plastic provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and prevents particles from adhering permanently.

Optimized cleanroom operation

Due to its unique design, the cleanroom door provides a perfect seal that reduces the cost of air exchange.

Thanks to the comprehensive sealing of the ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT, the door achieves an air permeability of up to class 4 (3 m³/m²/h at 50 Pa) in accordance with EN 12426 when installed outside the clean room (generally overpressure area).

Seals in the side posts, in the lintel area and to the floor minimize air loss through the door, keep the pressure level constant and reduce the general risk of contamination, as particles and dirt do not enter the cleanroom area in combination with intelligent cleanroom concepts.

In addition, the low-friction technology and the use of fewer components guarantee that the doors function with a minimum of particles. 

The ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT thus optimizes efficiency in the operation of rooms with a controlled environment and reduces the costs for ventilation and filter technology.

High process efficiency

The high opening speed of up to 2.7 m/s and a closing speed of 0.5 m/s reduce air loss to a minimum with every opening. The automatic closing function only keeps the door open for as long as is actually required to enable efficient operation in the clean area.

The frequency inverter control system ("DCS") enables extensive functions, such as the locking of 2 gates in a personnel or material lock.

User security

The ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT cleanroom door is supplied with a flexible floor profile with contact strip that contains no stiffeners. This allows it to retract when a person is under a closing door without injuring the person.  

The door is also equipped with an integrated light barrier that prevents the door from closing as long as the closing level is occupied.

Low default risk

The ASSA ABLOY HS9030GAT is equipped with automatic retraction of the door leaf. The door leaf is pushed out of the side guides in the event of a collision with people or vehicles, which minimizes damage. During the next opening/closing cycle, the curtain is automatically guided back into the guides.

Damage is minimized, which reduces downtimes and repair costs.
