General Terms and Conditions for Visitors

Visitors with an invitation who registered by March 15, 2027, with invitation code, can attend the event free of charge. Due to the limited number of visitor tickets, please inform us if you are unable to attend.

The payment and cancellation terms listed below apply to all visitors. Please note: If you register but do not attend, you are taking a place away from someone who would like to attend. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you a processing fee.

Payment and Cancellation Terms - Visitors: The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction. Attendance is granted upon receipt of payment. Payment confirmation will not be sent.

Please note that cancellations are only possible within your own login area. Log in with your login details under Registration/Log-In. You can then cancel your registration there.

For cancellations, we charge the following processing fees:

Until March 15, 2027: Visitors with and without invitation cards - processing fees: EUR 0.00

From March 16, 2027: all Visitors with invitation cards - processing fees/day: EUR 250.00

If the event has to be cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

Registration Conditions: Visitor registration is handled via the "cleanroom-processes / pharma processes" online portal of IB MEDIA GmbH. When registering, you will already be entering your preferred login details. After confirmation, you will have access to your personal login area where you can manage your visit, including changing or canceling your dates. All presentation materials are also available for download here. You will also find contact information, news, and details about all exhibiting companies. This allows you to communicate before, during, and after the event, enabling you to make the most of your visit and prepare for and follow up on it.

Within your login area, you can create a profile to define your status and potential contacts. You can specify whether and by whom you wish to be contacted. Your selected contacts will be notified. You can change your profile settings at any time. In the event of legal violations, the organizer and the operator of the "cleanroom-processes" internet portal reserve the right to block and/or delete the visitor's registration. Bringing and Distributing: Bringing tape recorders, film cameras, photo cameras, and video cameras is generally not permitted. Audio, photo, and video recordings—even for private use—are strictly prohibited. Misuse will be prosecuted. Exceptions will be announced by the organizer.

Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnics, torches, and weapons is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event premises. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Distributing leaflets and advertising brochures of any kind is prohibited for visitors. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event premises. Furthermore, the organizer is entitled to demand a contractual penalty of up to €50,000, unless the visitor proves that the organizer incurred no damage or significantly less damage.

Entrance: The right to refuse entrance for good cause is reserved.

Access to the "Lounges 2027 Lectures"

Lounges 2027 Lectures

Technical and training lectures held during Lounges 2026 will be recorded and available for online streaming from June 1, 2027, until April 30, 2028, for a one-time fee. Lectures included in this offer can be found on the website under the "Program" section, specially marked.

Speakers

The lectures are prepared and delivered by experts in their field. The speaker or the company on whose behalf the lecture is presented is responsible for the content and quality of the lecture.

Terms for the Provision of Lecture Videos

The cost models differ in two aspects.

• €150.00 for payments received by June 15, 2027

• €250.00 for payments received from June 16, 2027

Costs – Non-participants in LOUNGES 2027

• €500.00

Registration Terms: Booking/registration is handled via the "cleanroom-processes / pharma processes" online portal of IB MEDIA GmbH. During registration, you will enter your desired login details. After confirmation, you will have access to your personal login area where you can manage your bookings. You will also find contact options, news, and information about all companies on the platform.

Within your login area, you can create a profile to define your status and potential communication partners. You can specify whether and by whom you wish to be contacted. Your selected communication partners will be notified accordingly. You can change the settings within your profile at any time. If the organizer and operator of the "cleanroom-processes" internet portal become aware of any legal violations, they are entitled to block and/or delete the visitor's registration. Sharing of Access Data

Access to the profile is permitted exclusively to the profile user. Sharing with other persons is not permitted. In case of violation, the service provider is entitled to demand a contractual penalty.

Access: The right to deny access for good cause remains reserved.

Data Privacy Statement: By registering on the website, you provide us with the following data: name and address of your company, name and business contact details of at least one contact person, including their department, telephone number, and email address. If you wish to provide us with further data, this is done on a voluntary basis. All data is stored by us.

We use and process the data stored by us in accordance with legal regulations, primarily for the establishment, execution, and processing of our business relationship. This also includes the transfer of this data to third parties and its use, insofar as this is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. This means, in particular, that the data may be shared with the trade fair organizer. When using the "cleanroom-processes / pharma processes" internet portal, the data is shared with the operator, IB MEDIA GmbH.

We also process and use your data to send you information about past and future events, which we send via email or written newsletters. Based on our many years of experience, we know what interests you as our customers regarding our activities. To provide you with an overview of our events, we create our news and information together with our partner companies. You will therefore receive information that concerns both our activities and those of our partner companies. Furthermore, it is possible that we may outsource the organization and execution of our events to third parties. In this case, we will share your data with the organizer of the events you have attended and are familiar with. Naturally, we only do this to the extent described above. For purposes that are in your interest: We will not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to events and promotions organized by us or our partner companies that you are already aware of.

By registering, you authorize us to collect, process, and use your data for the purposes described. We are confident that the information provided to you will be of benefit to you. However, should you no longer wish to receive such information, you can object to this use of your data at any time with effect for the future, without incurring any costs other than the standard transmission fees. According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), data subjects have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
