Invoicing:

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The prices stated are exclusive of statutory VAT.

Early-bird offer:

• We are pleased to offer a discount of 1,000 Euro on the regular booth prices

• Offer condition: booking and proof of payment by 24 April 2026 at the latest

• The exhibition space for 2027 is reserved for LOUNGES 2026 exhibitors until that date

What happens if no payment is made by 24 April 2026:

• The invoice with the early-bird discount will be cancelled on 25 April 2026

• On 25 April 2026 a cancellation invoice will be issued for the original invoice

• On 25 April 2026 a new invoice without the early-bird discount will be issued

• Payment terms: payment by 5 May 2026

• The exhibition space remains reserved for booked booths until that date

What happens if no payment is made by 5 May 2026:

• If payment is not received within the stated and agreed deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and assign the exhibition space elsewhere

What happens to exhibition booths that are not booked by LOUNGES 2026 exhibitors by 24 April 2026:

• The booth that was reserved up to that point is released for general sale
