The general terms and conditions for visitors

Visitors with an invitation who have registered as visitors by March 21, 2025 have the opportunity to attend the event free of charge. Due to the limited number of visitor tickets, we ask you to let us know if you cannot attend.

Visitors without an invitation have the opportunity to attend the event for a fee of EUR 15 per day if registered by March 21, 2025 or EUR 100 per day if registered from March 25, 2025.

The payment and cancellation conditions listed below apply to all visitors with and without an invitation. Please remember: If you are registered and do not attend, you are taking the place of someone who would like to attend. In this case, we reserve the right to charge you processing fees.

Payment and cancellation conditions - visitors

The invoice amount is due without deduction immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Authorization to attend is granted upon receipt of payment. There is no confirmation of receipt of payment.

Please note that cancellations are only possible within your own login area. To do this, log in with your login details under Registration/Log-In. You can make your cancellation there.

If you cancel your participation, we will charge the following processing fee: up to March 21, 2025

Visitors with and without invitation card - processing fees: EUR 0.00

from March 22, 2025

Visitors with invitation card - processing fees/day: EUR 250.00 Visitors without invitation card - processing fees/day: EUR 250.00 Visitors with reduced admission - processing fees/day: EUR 250.00

If the event has to be cancelled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

Registration conditions

Visitor registration is processed via the "cleanroom-processes" internet portal of INSPIRE MEDIA GmbH. When you register, you enter your desired access data. After confirmation, you have access to your own login area where you can manage your visit, i.e. change or cancel the days of your visit. All of the lecture materials are also available for download here. You will also find contact options, news and information about all of the companies exhibiting. This gives you the opportunity to communicate before, during and after the event and thus make your visit effective, as well as prepare for and follow up on it.

Within your login area, you have the option of creating a profile and thus defining your status and possible communication partners. This allows you to decide whether and by whom you would like to be contacted. The communication partners you have chosen will be informed of this. You can change the settings within your profile at any time. If they become aware of any violations of law, the organizer and the operator of the “cleanroom-processes” internet portal are entitled to block and/or delete the visitor’s registration. Bringing and distributing

Bringing tape recorders, film, photo and video cameras is generally not permitted. Sound, photo and video recordings - even for private use - are generally prohibited. Misuse will be prosecuted. Exceptions will be announced by the organizer.

Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnic items, torches and weapons is generally prohibited. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the event site. A security check will be carried out at the entrance.

Distributing brochures and advertising leaflets of any kind is prohibited for visitors. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the event site. The organizer is also entitled to demand a contractual penalty of up to 50,000 euros, unless the visitor proves that the organizer has suffered no damage or significantly less damage.

Admission

The right to refuse admission for important reasons remains reserved.

Data protection declaration

By registering on the website, you provide us with the following data: name and address of your company, name and business contact details of at least one contact person such as their department, telephone number and email address. If you wish to provide us with further data, this is done on a voluntary basis. All data is stored by us.

We use and process data stored by us in accordance with legal regulations primarily for the establishment, implementation and processing of our mutual business relationship. This also includes the transfer of this data to third parties and their use, insofar as this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. This means
