In cleanrooms, there are various types of contamination that must be avoided. This presentation defines and describes the different types of contamination. In addition, it addresses humans as the primary source of all contamination. Furthermore, the behavioral guidelines that personnel should follow in a cleanroom to prevent contamination are explained. Finally, the various gowning requirements are outlined according to the type of cleanroom and the respective air cleanliness classification.
