Qualification of employees is still a top finding in authority inspections. This time we do not talk about regular requirements and the structure of trainings. This presentation wants to show how to implement qualification of employees as a basic GMP requirement in meaningful and beneficial way for all stakeholders.
Qualified and motivated employees are the center piece of any company. Therefore the qualification of personnel could and should be more than fulfilling the requirements of the EU GMP guide.
