The development and production of high potent active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), a relatively new class of cancer therapies, places high demands on production facilities and operator safety. The case study deals with the requirements for the Freeze-Dryer and the associated loading and unloading system, as well as demonstrating and presenting the tried-and-tested implementation in detail.
