A large number of active ingredients in biopharmaceutical production, especially for oncological applications, are antibody drug conjugates. In particular for the field of gene and immune therapies, small batch sizes down to patient-specific quantities of 1 are produced for this purpose, which must be prepared efficiently on an industrial scale. The presentation shows a variably adaptable machine and isolation concept with examples.
