Adaptations in the regulations as well as experiences in daily practice require a constant review, but sometimes also a complete rethink of the products and processes in the cleaning and disinfection of cleanrooms. Although the newly formulated Annex 1 is explicitly aimed only at sterile production, some approaches will also be used in non-sterile areas, such as the clear separation between cleaning and disinfection and the validation of the two processes to be considered separately.
Against this background, the respective advantages and disadvantages of disposable or reusable solutions for cleaning textiles must always be considered critically.
The presentation deals with the practical implementation of these requirements.
