Your responsibilities with us

· Development of concept studies and preliminary planning

· Independent planning and design of ventilation, process air conditioning, and cleanroom systems (as a general contractor/general planning service)

· Preparation of planning and construction bids

· Coordination with partners and project stakeholders, as well as coordination of ancillary trades and process media supply

· Development of specifications, tenders, and bills of quantities

· Support for the sales team in customer consulting and business development

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in building services engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, or civil engineering

· Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

· In-depth knowledge of high-tech industries or the pharmaceutical industry (main and ancillary trades)

· Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (building services, construction, GMP, and cleanrooms)

· Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; CAD skills are a plus

· Very good English skills; additional language skills are a plus

· Team player, able to handle pressure, and willing to travel
