What are your tasks 

• Planning and project management of technical services for cleanroom, production and laboratory buildings in accordance with HOAI service phases for medium-sized and large-scale projects in the high-tech and life sciences sector
• Creating concepts and schematic drawings in electrical engineering
• Support for CAD designers
• Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients 
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and preparation of bills of quantities 
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and experts
• Ensuring the quality of planning and adherence to deadlines
• After a successful familiarization period, independent implementation of projects
• Technical supervision of the construction work
• Gladly with focus on technical execution  

What do you bring with you

• Degree as electrical engineering technician or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in electrical planning
• Safe use of AutoCAD, Revit
• Initial knowledge of BIM an advantage
• Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and the ability to think "outside the box"
• Solution-oriented, independent way of working combined with good communication skills
• Customer orientation and reliability
• Language skills: German C2
• Desire for exciting challenges in innovative large-scale projects for world-renowned clients
