State-certified technician* in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary engineering

We are looking for for our locations: Freiburg, Dresden, Saarlouis

Full-time/part-time 

Start: Immediately

What are your tasks 

• Working in one of our specialist areas of heating/cooling, ventilation or sanitary engineering
• TGA system planning in one of the specialist areas
• Creation of schematic drawings
• Supporting the CAD designers in implementing the plans in the 3D model
• Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients 
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and preparation of bills of quantities 
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and experts
• Ensuring the quality of planning and adherence to deadlines
• Independent implementation of projects  
• Technical supervision of the construction work
• Gladly with focus on technical execution  

What do you bring with you

• Successfully completed technician examination to become a state-certified heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician* and/or successfully completed technician examination to become a state-certified
  sanitary technician*
• Safe use of AutoCAD, Revit, mh software
• Initial knowledge of BIM an advantage
• Independent, systematic and analytical way of working
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
• Language skills: German at least B2
• Desire for exciting challenges and a company that works on innovative large-scale projects for world-famous customers
