Your Responsibilities with Us

  • Commissioning of building services systems in the field of ventilation and air conditioning—in compliance with all legal requirements and regulations (HVAC measurements in accordance with DIN EN 12599), with appropriate documentation
  • Cleaning and filter replacement of HVAC systems prior to commissioning
  • Conducting airflow, pressure, and sound level measurements, as well as power consumption measurements
  • Commissioning of cleanroom ventilation systems, including all necessary measurements and tests such as particle measurements, etc., with corresponding documentation
  • Assisting with the IQ/OQ of GMP systems
  • Parameterization of flow controllers and frequency converters, as well as adjustment of pressure controls and flow rate controls in HVAC systems
  • Completeness and functional testing of installed systems, as well as coordination with the I&C team regarding commissioning readiness
  • Providing technical training to the end customer on-site at the facilities
  • Supporting / participating in TÜV inspections / walk-throughs
  • Participating in the awarding of I&C contracts to subcontractors
  • Training and onboarding of junior I&C technicians
  • Participation in the evaluation of cost estimates in the areas of measurement and control technology and HVAC
  • Contributing expertise during the launch of new projects regarding measurement and control technology and the use of ventilation components such as V-regulators, pressure regulators, and measurement points, etc.
  • Possible support/assistance to project and site managers regarding warranty claims.
  • Conducting initial hygiene inspections
  • Evaluating HVAC systems with regard to hygiene (DIN 6022) and general condition.
  • Recording air balances in buildings, such as laboratories, etc., with corresponding documentation and creating an up-to-date ventilation diagram.
  • Managing all necessary measuring equipment / organizing annual recalibration

Requirements

  • Completed training as an electrician / electronics technician or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in the commissioning of HVAC systems and measurement and control systems in the field of cleanroom technology
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, structured work style
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
  • Reliability, flexibility, and an open, authentic, and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Commitment, initiative, and organizational skills
