Major responsibilities:

• Managing complete Life Science Projects in the biotechnological or pharmaceutical industry comprising Process Design, Facility- and Civil Engineering and Construction Management (EPC, EPCM)
• Leading the technical clarification with clients, discipline leaders and contractors
• Compilation and management of the project team during the engineering – design and construction phase
• Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control, risk management and implementation of recovery strategies
• Management and coordination of external planning partners and suppliers
• Supporting sales and business development activities as required
• Monitoring quality and works progress according to schedule and in coordination with the discipline leaders

Your profile:

• Completed technical education in the field of either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Several years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager in the chemical, biotechnological or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of international engineering codes and relevant legislation and industry (cGMP) standards
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, team player qualities
• Very good command of spoken and written German and English
• Very good MS-Office, MS-Project and AutoCad knowledge. Primavera is an advantage
• Willingness to project-oriented business trips and long-term assignments
