What are your tasks

• Planning and project management of technical services for cleanroom, production and laboratory buildings in accordance with HOAI service phases for medium-sized and large-scale projects in the high-tech and life sciences sector
• Creation of extinguishing system concepts with a focus on sprinkler systems and gas extinguishing system technology
• Creation of schematic drawings
• Supporting the CAD designers in implementing the plans in the 3D model
• Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients 
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and preparation of bills of quantities 
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and experts
• Ensuring the quality of planning and adherence to deadlines
• Independent implementation of projects
• Technical supervision of the construction work  

What do you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in the planning of complex TGA systems
• Very good specialist knowledge of fire extinguishing systems
• Safe use of AutoCAD, Revit, mh software
• Initial knowledge of BIM an advantage
• Very good knowledge of guidelines and standards
• Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and the ability to think "outside the box"
• Solution-oriented way of working combined with good communication skills
• Customer orientation and reliability
• Business fluent in written and spoken German, good knowledge of English an advantage
• Desire for exciting challenges and a company that works on
  innovative large-scale projects for world-renowned customers
