Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated project manager to strengthen
our team in Frankfurt am Main:

Project Manager (m/f/x)

Our projects range from small modernizations (retrofits) to large greenfield new buildings, primarily in the life sciences industry, and offer you excellent development opportunities in project management. You will plan and organize all engineering-specific functions of the projects, coordinate the interaction between project teams and customers and make recommendations for personnel and resource planning.

Your tasks

  • Successful project management (scope/costs/deadlines/quality).
  • Business Development: PreBid & Offers.
  • Risk management in coordination with management.
  • Scope Control & ChangeCommunication to the customer.
  • Reporting:Protokolle, Action Items, Project Execution Plans, Monatsberichte.
  • Stakeholder Management.

Your profile

  • You have 7+ years of experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a project management role.
  • They have completed their studies in engineering, construction management or a related field (or an equivalent technical degree).
  • You have a high willingness to travel and like to attend appointments with customers.
