Your Responsibilities with Us
- Reviewing design documents for feasibility
- Preparing for and participating in contract award meetings in collaboration with the purchasing department, taking project deadlines into account
- Preparing purchase requisitions / creating parts lists for orders
- Preparing for product sampling and certification processes
- Handling contract-related correspondence with customers
- Leading the project team, as well as subcontractors, including ELT and MSR technology trades
- Technical design in the field of cleanroom technology
- Adherence to relevant technical regulations
- Reviewing installation drawings before submission to the customer
- Reviewing overall project schedules
- Participating in construction meetings and coordination discussions on construction sites and at customer locations
- Coordination with other building services trades
- Reviewing subcontractor invoices
- Timely preparation of quantity survey documents, payment requests, and final invoices
- Preparing change orders in collaboration with Purchasing
- Conducting and preparing commissioning and acceptance procedures
- Preparing operating and maintenance manuals
- Preparing defect rectification plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in specialized construction management of HVAC systems and instrumentation in the field of cleanroom technology
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Independent, structured work style
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
- Reliability, flexibility, and an open, authentic, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Commitment, initiative, and organizational skills
