To strengthen our teams in Frankenthal, we are looking for a:
Project Manager (m/f/d) for Interdisciplinary Projects
Your Responsibilities
- You manage cross-disciplinary projects in the chemical, life sciences, and food industries holistically, from the concept phase through to successful commissioning
- You coordinate internal and external disciplines such as process engineering, plant design, and electrical, measurement, control, and automation technology (EMSR)
- As the central point of contact, you define project goals, scope, and requirements, manage schedules, costs, quality, and risks, and maintain close communication with our customers, partners, and suppliers
- You are responsible for project communication, reporting (internal and external), and documentation
- You ensure that project results comply with defined standards and carry out tests, reviews, and acceptance procedures as part of quality assurance
- You ensure the implementation of all contractual agreements within the projects
Your Profile
- A completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering) or a comparable qualification, e.g., technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience
- Several years (>5 years) of experience in managing industrial projects, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries
- Experience in contract and claims management
- Very good German and English skills
- Understanding of engineering processes, plant construction, and process automation
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, customer and service orientation, and confident interaction with customers
