What are your tasks

• Responsible for project management for construction projects in the high-tech sector
• Leading a project team from all technical trades in all service phases
• Interface to clients, users, architects, experts
• Participation in the preparation of offers, organization of project processes and compliance with safety requirements
• Coordination of the trades
• Leading meetings and maintaining relationships with customers
• Economical handling of projects within the fee framework specified by the management, monitoring of the project budget and development of countermeasures
• Secure and well-founded application of cost/additional and change management
• Ensuring compliance with the project objectives
• Close coordination with the project assistant

What do you bring with you

• Degree in process engineering, supply engineering, environmental engineering or comparable course of study or technician/ master craftsman's degree in HVAC, plant engineering
• First experience in handling industrial projects, ideally in the semiconductor and/or
  life science, chemical and plant engineering sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and confident in the application of VOB, HOAI and technical regulations
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region for project-related reasons
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• Independent and autonomous way of working as well as assertiveness, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as a strong customer and quality orientation
• Desire for exciting challenges and a company that works on innovative large-scale projects for world-famous customers
