What are your tasks
- Planning and project management of technical services for cleanroom, production and laboratory buildings in accordance with HOAI service phases for medium-sized and large-scale projects in the high-tech and life sciences sector
- Creation of extinguishing system concepts with a focus on sprinkler systems and gas extinguishing system technology
- Creation of schematic drawings
- Supporting the CAD designers in implementing the plans in the 3D model
- Coordination of planning with other planning participants, experts, authorities and clients
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and preparation of bills of quantities
- Obtaining and evaluating offers, technical and commercial processing with contractors and expertsEnsuring the quality of planning and meeting deadlines
- Independent implementation of projectsProfessional supervision of construction work
What do you bring with you
- Degree in the field of building or energy technology or state-certified HVAC technician or comparable technical training
- First professional experience in the planning of complex TGA systems
- Good specialist knowledge of fire extinguishing systems
- Safe use of AutoCAD, Revit, mh software
- Initial knowledge of BIM an advantage
- Good knowledge of directives and standards
- Holistic understanding of technically complex interrelationships and the ability to think "outside the box"
- Solution-oriented way of working combined with good communication skills
- Customer orientation and reliability
- Business fluent in written and spoken German, good knowledge of English an advantage
