Project Controller

We are looking for a

Project Controller(m/f/x)

You will support our projects in cost control, planning & scheduling, document control and estimating – including the creation and maintenance of the Project Control Execution Plan as well as cost and progress reports for our project managers and our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech or food industries.

Your tasks

  • Development, review, coordination and consolidation of activities in Cost Control,
    Planning & Scheduling, Document Control and Estimating.
  • Creation and maintenance of the Project Control Execution Plan.
  • Preparation and visualization of cost and progress reports for internal management and customers (focus on Power BI).
  • Support of the Project Controls and Estimating team in the development and maintenance of cost and schedule forecasts.
  • Assumption of further commercial tasks after assignment by the Project Manager (in coordination with the Director of Project Controls).
  • Early identification and analysis of potential project problems, recommendation
    of appropriate measures and follow-up of implementation.
  • Motivation and communication in the team: regular exchange, joint implementation, making successes visible – with a focus on achieving the project goals.

Your profile

  • Project Controls (EPCV): Understanding of cost control and scheduling; Creation of all relevant deliverables.
  • Scheduling & structuring: confident in setting up EPCV schedules incl. correct WBS/OBS.
  • Cost & Cash Flow: Ability to reconfigure cost estimates and derive cash flow curves/charts.
  • Project accounting: in-depth understanding of common project accounting standards.
  • Microsoft BI Competence: Power BI and SQL Server Reporting (SSRS); confident in dealing with databases and Microsoft systems.
  • Studies/training in engineering, computer science, construction or accounting –
    alternatively, at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
