An der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Servicetechnikern/Servicetechnikerinnen sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Service- und Wartungseinsätze effizient geplant, zuverlässig durchgeführt und sauber dokumentiert werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and service calls – on time and without a hitch
- Procurement of wear and spare parts
- Preparing documents for technicians
- Support with follow-up
- The primary point of contact for our customers regarding scheduling appointments, inquiries, and organizational matters
- Creating and maintaining maintenance contracts and service records in the system to ensure that all information is complete and accessible at all times
- Processing business transactions in our ERP system
Ihr Profil
- Completed business training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, or similar) and some work experience
- Proficient Use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One (which is what we use)
- Excellent written and spoken German, solid English skills
- A meticulous, structured approach to work and a preference for working independently
- Strong communication skills—including over the phone—and, while always friendly, persistent when necessary
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and a true team player
