Site manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

· Independent support of the HLSK (incl. MSR) area in large projects as TGA specialist construction manager

· Planning and controlling internal and external employee deployments

· Implementation of performance phase 8 in the trades heating / ventilation / sanitation / refrigeration / MSR / clean room

· Ensuring technically and economically flawless implementation as well as monitoring the quality of execution and the services owed

· Control of deadlines, costs, quality and services

· Invoice and supplementary audit

· Customer support as well as preparation and implementation of customer acceptance tests

· Preparation of activity reports to the project management

Your profile:

· Successfully completed studies or training as a master craftsman /
technicians in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation or supply technology

· Several years of professional experience in the field of construction management

· Ideally knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C

- Basic knowledge of building law

· Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP and AVA programs

· very good knowledge of English

· Class B / Class 3 driving license
